Special April Board Meeting

On March 16, 2020, in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Governor Pritzker issued Executive Order 2020-07 suspending the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120, that require that members of a public body be physically present at meetings and that limit remote participation at meetings. Pursuant to and as encouraged by that Order, a special meeting of the Retirement Board of the Laborers’ and Retirement Board Employees’ Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago will be conducted only by audio conference on Sunday, April 26, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.
