2026 CERTIFICATON OF ELECTION

There will be no election held on October 1, 2026.  Pursuant to the Fund’s Election Rules, the current Election Committee of the Laborers' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago (LABF), has the authority to certify the election for one (1) Annuitant Member Trustee of the Retirement Board in the election which was to have been held on October 1, 2026. The Election Committee confirms that  Charles V. LoVerde III was the sole petitioner for the election and ran unopposed and is declared the Annuitant Member Trustee of the LABF for a term beginning December 2, 2026 and ending December 1, 2029.  There will be no election held on October 1, 2026.
