LABF’s Annual Participant Statements were mailed on June 7, 2021. Annual Participant Statements are only mailed to members who have not retired from the LABF.
Please be advised that this year’s statement does not include any contributions for any period of time an employee was in receipt of a disability benefit. Previous years’ statements included disability contributions. Because disability contributions are non-refundable, they were not included on this year’s statement. Should you have any questions regarding your statement, please contact the LABF.
